Severe odor treatment
When smoke or pet odor has soaked into the whole property, cleaning the carpet isn't enough. Ozone and chlorine dioxide treatments reach the air, walls, and ductwork, and break the odor down instead of covering it up.
Most jobs are scheduled within a week.
For severe odor problems
- Cigarette or cigar smoke from years of smoking indoors
- Heavy pet odor that's still there after a deep carpet cleaning
- Rentals and homes being sold or moved into, where the smell has to go
- Ductwork odors, alongside air duct cleaning
How it works
Both treatments break odor molecules down chemically instead of masking them. A treatment takes 8 to 12 hours. People and pets stay out while it runs, and you can go back in as soon as it's done. We'll recommend whichever treatment is better for your odor problem.

What customers say about our severe odor treatment
5.0 stars from 964 Google reviews.
“I also found out that they have a "Ozone" treatment that can get funky smells out of the ductwork like Cigarette smoke, or fire/flood damage smells!”
“Dan and team came out the same day for an emergency cleaning. My parents surprised us with a visit, and my mother has health issues, so we needed our carpets treated after having a litter of puppies. They were extremely thorough and our carpets have never looked or smelled so good! Thank you so much for your expertise and customer service!”
“Excellent service! Quick, efficient, and professional. My carpets look new and pet stains and odor are gone! Five Stars!”
