How pricing works
Every home is different, so we quote every job instead of posting one price that's wrong for most people. Here's what goes into yours:
- How much we're cleaningThe number of rooms, hallways, and stairs, and the overall square footage.
- What it's made ofCarpet fiber (nylon, polyester, wool, berber), the type of tile or stone, the wood's finish, or your furniture's fabric.
- ConditionHeavy traffic lanes, pet accidents, and set-in stains take extra treatment. Some carpets need restoration-level cleaning.
- FurnitureHow much needs moving.
- Extras you chooseCarpet protector, pet odor treatment, deodorizer, grout sealing, speed drying.
- WhenSome evening and weekend cleanings are possible, at an extra charge.
- Water emergencies are priced separately. We'll talk it through when you call.
- Estimates are always free. Send a photo, call, or have Dan come out for an in-home estimate when needed.
