Commercial & office carpet cleaning
Commercial carpet takes a different approach. We adjust our solutions and equipment to your carpet and how your space is used, and we can work after hours so your customers and staff aren't disturbed.

Two ways to clean
We use both hot water extraction and low-moisture cleaning, such as an orbital machine with encapsulation. Low-moisture cleaning often does better than steam on commercial glue-down carpet, and the space is back in use sooner.
On your schedule
We're happy to clean after hours. Ask about regular maintenance cleanings for high-traffic areas.
Our 7-step process
Inspection
We look at the areas to be cleaned, identify your carpet's fiber and condition, and ask what you're hoping for. We recommend; you decide.
Commercial vacuuming
WorkHorse, SilverKing, or Oreck vacuums pull out the dry soil first, with edging and crevice tools. They're cleaned out between every job.
Preconditioning
A safe, soap-free detergent goes onto the carpet's face yarn to loosen spots and soil. We match the solution to the fiber.
Agitation
When the carpet needs it, a RotoVac 360 brush head or a counter-rotating brush machine works the detergent in to release stubborn soil.
Hot water extraction
Softened, filtered water at over 200° from a truck-mounted system rinses out the detergent and dirt. A glided 2-inch titanium wand leaves very little moisture behind, for fast drying.
Fiber protection
A quality protector, applied to the carpet maker's specifications, helps your carpet stay clean longer.
Grooming
We groom the fibers so the carpet dries evenly and looks finished. Speed drying and deodorizing are available too.
