We clean with high-speed counter-rotating brush machines and an advanced dry cleaning compound. The process uses very little moisture, so it's safe for all types of wood in any condition. The compound lifts soil out of the wood, and we extract it during recovery.
Our 6-step process
Inspection
We check the wood's type, age, and condition, and talk through any concerns.
Vacuuming and sweeping
Brooms and vacuums remove all the dry soil first.
Preconditioning
A very small amount of premium, pH-neutral wood cleaner, keeping moisture well below what wood can handle.
Agitation
A counter-rotating brush machine and a dry cleaning compound lift soil out of the grain.
Extraction and drying
Hard-surface wands and towels remove what's left, with fans to speed drying.
Polish
A premium wood floor polish leaves the floor clean, shining, and protected.
